WHO AM I?     What's my story?

​

I have enjoyed over 30 years of experience in the Holistic/ Mind, Body & Spirit field which includes; Spiritual Healing ~ Colour Therapy ~ Reiki - Master/Teacher ~ Meditation Groups ~ Spiritual Counselling ~ Mediumship ~ Soul Midwifery ~ Sound Healing ~ Channeling.......I have also co-ordinated the facilitation of two Spiritual Centres, facilitated Courses/ Workshops & Groups.  I am also a Sacred Celebrant.

I have loved exhibiting at numerous MBS events over the years, throughout the UK and Europe, as well as co-ordinating my own events.

So far, I have led an amazingly eventful life - throughout the 'highs' and 'lows' - and because I say "YES" to life, I've done some pretty amazing stuff!  

I've climbed Mount Fuji, in Japan.

I've lived in Valencia - in the Mountain - farming Olives to make Extra Virgin Olive Oil!

And I've travelled throughout India too!

I've cheated death half a dozen times, so I hold a deep gratitude for LIFE!

I've sunk to the depths....I've reached the heights....Always, always holding an unshakeable power of LOVE within....and always holding the LIGHT.

Living the journey. Excited to be an integral part of this new awakening for Humanity, on our Beloved EARTH!

Facilitating MUDITA Retreats is the new venture with my two beautiful Daughters! I am passionate to share my life-long experience, and inspire others......and so, a new adventure begins!!
